● Must have attained the age of 21 years.
● Must have an undergraduate degree in construction management from a recognized university and attained 5 years of professional experience or a degree in the built environment and a masters in construction management and 7 years of professional experience in construction project management.
● Must pay a registration fee of ksh 5,000 and an annual renewal fee of ksh 2,500
