The following are the requirements for licentiate membership application

The person must have attained the age of twenty-one (21) years and either;
Degree in Building Technology/Construction
Has a Higher National Diploma in Building Construction
Diploma in Building Construction
The person must have paid a registration fee of Ksh. 1500 and a subsequent renewal fee of ksh. 1000
